DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping on orders over $200. For international orders, any customs charges must be paid by the customer.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery times vary based on the item, label, and country. Typically, delivery takes 3-12 weeks from the time of order placement. You can find the estimated delivery time on the item description page or in your account's order status for items you've ordered.
CAN I REDIRECT AN ORDER AFTER I'VE ALREADY SUBMITTED THE ORDER?
If you want to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an address replacement. Once your order has shipped, you can't change the address.
DO YOU DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES OR FREIGHT FORWARDING ADDRESSES?
At the moment we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses due to courier restrictions.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept returns nor exchanges for our products, as they are made-to-order and, therefore, final sales. However, in the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we ask that you reach out to our support team through email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt. Kindly provide detailed information and images of the product delivered to facilitate the resolution of the issue.
HOW DO I START THE RETURNS PROCESS?
Once we approve your return request (for damaged or incorrect items), you'll receive an email with instructions on the return process and a shipping label.
I RETURNED AN ITEM. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive your return and confirm that it complies with our return policy, we'll credit the refund amount to your Indiaspopup.com account with store credits. For damaged merchandise or incorrect shipments, we'll return the refund amount to the original payment method used for the order. Please note that payments may take up to 14 working days (or longer) to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
