DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
We ship worldwide.
HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $200. For international orders (Outside India), any customs charges need to be taken care of by the customer.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery times vary by item, label and country. For delivery, we typically take 2 – 8 weeks from the time the order is placed. You can check the estimated delivery time on the specific item description page or in the order status in your account for items that you have ordered.
CAN I REDIRECT AN ORDER AFTER I'VE ALREADY SUBMITTED THE ORDER?
If you would like to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please request an address replacement by contacting us. It is not possible to change addresses once your order is already shipped.
DO YOU DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES OR FREIGHT FORWARDING ADDRESSES?
At the moment we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses due to courier restrictions.
IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At this time, Indiaspopup.com is unable to accept returns. Of course, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make every effort to remedy the situation. Please contact email@example.com for more details.
HOW DO I START THE RETURNS PROCESS?
Once your return is approved(damaged or incorrect items), You will receive an email with details on the return process with the shipping label.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED/ INCORRECT. WHAT DO I DO?
Our specially-trained Quality Assistance Team checks your items to make sure it's up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. But if you're unhappy with the quality, or if we've sent you the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and arrange to collect the item from you and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.
I RETURNED AN ITEM. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will credit the refund amount on your Indiaspopup.com account with store credits. Under exceptional cases (for damaged merchandise or incorrect shipments) we will return the refund amount to the original method of payment used to place the order. Please be aware that, payments can take up to 14 working days (or more) to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
